Let`s Journey Together

Do you long to be more grounded - more in your body, more connected, more yourself - and more present and connected with your child.

I offer a caring, attuned space to meet whatever lives inside you - your feelings, your younger parts, your inner world. As you reconnect with yourself, your connection with your child naturally softens and deepens.

I would love to be by your side on your Aware Parenting journey - and on your own healing journey.

In my work, I support you in connecting with yourself and with your child, with the Aware Parenting approach at heart.

I am here to explore your questions, your challenges, and the deeper layers that show up in your relationship with your child.

Aware Parenting is a compassionate, attachment‑based and trauma‑informed approach that honours needs and feelings, supports emotional release, and strengthens connection through presence, play, and understanding.

My Approach

What I have found is that Aware Parenting is a hand‑in‑hand journey. As we support our children, we are also invited to tend to ourselves in a whole new way. Aware Parenting is not something we “do” to our child - in my experience it becomes a way of living, within ourselves as well.

I believe we can’t force change, but we can allow change to unfold by being with what is.

Aware Parenting is not about perfection or “doing it all according to the books.”

It is about deep attunement: with yourself, with your child, and with the relationship between you.

It is about bringing awareness to your inner world and allowing yourself the support you need to heal from past hurts, so you can become more present, more grounded, and more fully yourself.

Connection is what our children need and thrive on. And in my experience, we can offer deep connection to our children when we are deeply connected with ourselves.

I am passionate about supporting you in becoming more connected with your own inner world - and therefore with your child - as you travel your Aware Parenting journey.

Do you long to have more clarity inside yourself, to understand your child more deeply, and to meet both of you with genuine compassion?

What I support you with

I support you in understanding yourself and your child on a deeper level, so you can feel more connected within yourself and in your relationship with your child.

As you become more authentic, your connection with your child naturally becomes more authentic too.

Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface - the feelings, the needs, the patterns, the stories - so you can meet your child with more empathy, compassion, and clarity.

Parents I work with often experience:

  • more connection with themselves

  • more connection with their child

  • more authenticity in both directions

  • more clarity about what is happening underneath the behaviour

  • more empathy and compassion for themselves and their child

  • more presence and realness in daily interactions

  • more playfulness and lightness

  • more appreciation for their journey together

Parenting becomes lighter when we understand what is happening on a deeper level, in ourselves and in our children.

Do you long to feel more at ease and confident within yourself and in your parenting, so you can meet your child with more trust and presence?

Your needs matter too

Aware Parenting recognises that our needs matter just as much as our children’s. We cannot give what we have not received.

When you learn to honour your own needs, your limits, your true yes and your true no, you begin to parent from alignment rather than from overwhelm.

In my 1:1 sessions, I offer a warm, safe space to explore your inner world and reconnect with your feelings. I support you in getting to know your needs more clearly, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are and honour what you truly need.

As you become clearer about your own needs, limits, and inner truth, you naturally move out of frustration and power‑over dynamics into more connection and presence.

I offer presence, empathy, and care, so that you can slowly internalise these qualities and offer them to yourself.

This inner shift naturally spills over into your connection with your children and the people closest to you.

Do you long to feel more comfortable with all feelings - in yourself and in your child?

Healing & repair

In sessions, we sometimes meet younger parts or stored feelings that are ready to be felt and released.

We often respond to our children from learned behaviours or from our own unhealed pain. We don’t want to - but we are human.

The beauty is: we can repair. These moments make the relationship real and human.

When we are freer from our own painful feelings, we can meet our children - and any conflicts that arise - with more presence and awareness.

We can also repair more naturally and with more understanding and ease.

We begin to develop more self‑compassion in the moments when we respond in ways we don’t enjoy, because we have a deeper understanding of what is happening inside us too.

Do you long to feel more relaxed and playful - within yourself and with your child?

Attachment Play

I am deeply passionate about attachment play, and I love supporting parents in using play to create connection in moments that often lead to conflict or disconnection.

Play can be incredibly powerful and healing, also for adults.

Sometimes I use play in my 1:1 sessions too, gentle play can open doors that words alone cannot.

Do you long to feel more appreciation for exactly who you are, for your own healing journey, for your child, for your child’s healing journey, and for your journey together?

Feelings as a path back to yourself

I believe every feeling needs space. The more we can be with our feelings and let them move through us, the more we return home to who we truly are - beneath the hurt, beneath the stories, beneath the adaptations.

Supporting you in becoming more deeply connected with yourself - and therefore with your child - is at the heart of my work and my passion.

Aware Parenting recognises that when children’s needs are not met, they may show behaviours that are very hard for us as parents to be with. These behaviours can look like difficulty sleeping or falling asleep, being very uncooperative, demanding or picky, feeling agitated, being overly active or restless, doing things they know you don’t enjoy, frequent conflicts around food, leaving the house, getting dressed, or hitting, biting, or throwing things.

These behaviours can also show up as clinginess, difficulty concentrating, big reactions to small things, seeking control over little things, needing things to be “just right,” wild play, laughing at times that seem inappropriate, or withdrawing.

Aware Parenting understands that there are three underlying needs that may need to be met in order for your child to feel more connected, present, and relaxed again:

  • a need for connection

  • a need for information

  • a need to release pent‑up feelings

Just as you may notice in yourself - when you are full of feelings, it becomes hard to think clearly, to cooperate, or to stay loving. The same is true for children. They are not trying to annoy you on purpose; their behaviour is an expression of unmet needs.

When we discover what the underlying needs are and respond with presence and understanding, the behaviours we find so difficult often shift naturally.

If you recognise some of these behaviours in your child and would love support, I am here for you. I want you to know that the Aware Parenting approach is not a quick fix - it is a real journey, one that allows deep shifts and meaningful transformation.
